Jetrix 1212FK UV Flatbed Printer
The Jetrix 1212FK is a compact 1.2m x 1.2m UV Flatbed printer. The smallest in the Jetrix Flatbed range, it requires a limited amount of space therefore ideal for print companies who have a limited space.
Like the Jetrix 2030FRK, the Jetrix 1212FK utilises the Konica Minolta 1024 (6 pico litre) print head. This feature offers speeds of up to 26sqm/hr and a maximum print resolution of 1440dpi for true photographic quality edge-to-edge printing. In addition, the multi-layer print function built into the easy-to-use operating system is a time-saving feature which cleverly enables the user to schedule their print in layers instead of having to do multiple passes.
The brand new proprietary Jetrix UV ink that goes inside the Jetrix 1212 provides the most unique feature. Its patented ink-set has been specially formulated to adhere to many substrates including glass, acrylic and metal all without the need for a primer. It is also flexible and when printed on to softer substrates, like polypropylene, it can be folded without cracking.
Jetrix 2030FRK UV Flatbed Printer
The Jetrix 2030FRK UV Flatbed is the fastest flatbed printer in the Jetrix range giving a production speed of 55sqm per hour. Producing stunning graphics at amazing speeds, it comes with light cyan and light magenta and an optional white ink. Ready for traditionally difficult substrates such as glass and metals, this machine is equipped with its primer function.
The incredibly functional and easy to use unique Jetrix operating system powers the Konica Minolta heads accurately allowing printing text down to 2pts. This is combined with InkTec's world-class tailor made UV ink which is vibrant, durable, long-lasting and economical.
The over-size flatbed is capable of taking 2m x 3m boards and printing edge-to-edge, perfect for large jobs. The additional option for a roll to roll gives the printer a huge variety of applications.
Jetrix 2513FRQ UV Flatbed Printer
The award winning Jetrix 2513 is the flagship model in the Jetrix range. The first version was launched in 2008 and it has enjoyed good sales World-wide ever since.
The 2513 uses the industry-leading Spectra Q-class print head which is able to print down to 2 point text and stunning photographic quality images. It is also extremely economic, meaning the ink cost per SQM is only £0.40 for a full colour and full coverage print. The print head very durable too, on average used a Q-class head is anticipated to last around 3-5 years in the Jetrix. The printer is robust and able to take up to 500kg in weight on the specially designed honey comb bed. It can also print objects up to 10cm in height so is ideal for non-standard bulky items. The Jetrix 2513 features a zonal vacuum system with 3 powerful ring blowers inside, which means the suction can be zoned to the specified print area. This enables solid and accurate positioning of substrates and therefore less wasted media due to reprints plus no more masking the bed off, which is extremely time consuming.
The print colours available are CMYK with White, Varnish & Primer as an optional extra. The Varnish provides a gloss finish for a variety of applications, including fine art and photographic work. The Primer gives the capability to print on to almost any substrate, such as Glass and Stainless Steel.
There is also a roll-to-roll option which gives total flexibility for printing a wide variety of substrates.
Jetrix 3015FQ UV Flatbed Printer
The 3015 is a larger version of the award winning Jetrix 2513 but without the roll-to-roll option available. It’s designed for printers who need to print 10 x 5” boards with high quality results.
